Jamie Burt started his career at Smithfield 25 years ago working for a catering butcher at the market. He soon got used to the early mornings and started to supply a couple of restaurants on the way home. This was the start of his very own company – JJ Meats

Our Mission

Our day starts at 1.00am. We take all of our orders by phone with each order being prepared by our qualified butchers. We understand that each order is different as is each chefs requirements. This is why we like to get to know each of our customers personally to gain an understanding of their exact specifications. When your order is cut, its then prepared and packed and then loaded onto our refrigerated vans to be delivered as early as possible, allowing our customers to get their meat early and get to work.
