All our beef is carefully sourced from around the country using farm’s and suppliers that have the same standards in care and quality in their products as we do. We buy our beef from the Highland’s of Scotland to Dorset and the Devon coast too.
After we take delivery of our beef we know it is essential to dry all of our beef on the bone for at least twenty one to thirty one days or more. This is to ensure the full flavour and texture of any prime cut.
All our veal is 100% Dutch and is hand selected to our own requirement’s and carries our xx trim as standard. Should you require Rose Veal, this can be ordered through our UK supplier.
